Cultural Agenda that involves artistic events that revolves around the light as plastic matter in the creation processes. This proposal starts as an inter-institutional cooperation project which is added to the commemoration to The year of Light declared on 2015 by UNESCO. The project intends to widen and reinforce the cultural program offer in Medellín from the pedagogic and artistic practice. The initiative comes from photographic department of the Arts Faculty at the Universidad de Antioquia and joins the Colaboratorio from Parque Explora and the Comité interinstitucional IYL. It includes experimental cinema workshops, video-grafiti, photography collective exhibition and night shows
