MDE11 will be present throughout the city by activating different spaces through art events and interventions.

The hub of MDE11 is the Museo de Antioquia and its Casa del Encuentro, where the Aula dialógica (Dialogue Classroom), the Medialab, much of the Taller central (Central Workshop) and the Taller de construcción (Construction Workshop) will be taking place.

The Host Spaces are 5 of Medellín’s art collectives, each of which will be hosting two guest spaces invited to MDE11. Each Host Space will feature discussion groups, cinema series, and performance events, among other activities.

Medellín’s public places and institutions will make up the exhibition spaces. Such spaces will be appropriated by artists taking part in Trabajo de campo (Field Work), central workshop projects and the Taller de Fundición(Foundry Workshop).

More than 60 sites in Medellín will be intervened by MDE11, including those where artists did their research and those where other MDE artworks and projects will be conducted.
